SINGLE REVIEW: ALYSSA BONAGURA - FEELS SO GOOD

As Alyssa Bonagura strapped on her blue electric guitar last weekend at Country On the Common, there was a definite sense that her new material was going to be a little more rockier and if you needed further proof then check out her new single "Feels So Good".

As Tom Petty guitar riffs kick in over a powerful drum beat, it is clear the Alyssa is both loved up and here to rock!

I never knew that it would be this easy

There's a joyfulness that is a perfect antidote to the wider world at the moment and with the sparkling summer weather this single just might be the tune the UK needs at the moment. Alyssa's vocals convey every ounce of contentment that she feels about the position she currently finds herself in.

Everybody's out tonight, Don't it feel good to be alive

With a chorus that closes with a festival ready ( or indeed Kezia tour ready!) chant - this seems set to be an instant crowd singalong, something that Alyssa knows a fair deal about with a number of ever reliable crowd participation songs already nestled in her armoury.

With a lively guitar solo it's a tune that keeps on giving and is just rocking good fun.
