The last time we saw Robert Chaney was at The Long Road Festival where he played a rip roaring, high intensity yet short set that thoroughly entertained us and kept us scanning for when he would release something new. That moment is now and "Breath" is equally stunning in its own way if only for its simplicity, this is just Robert and a guitar on exceptional form.

Apparently written a few years ago when he "was going through a very difficult time personally" this is an amazingly honest yet beautiful song.

With a delicately fluid guitar line running through the three minute duration there seems not a second wasted. The publicity picture for the release is equally enigmatic with Robert's features obscured on a song that deserves to reach as wide an audience as possible.
