Her 2018 major label debut Girl Going Nowhere (Warner Music Nashville) charmed the New York Times, NPR, Rolling Stone, Paste, The Washington Post, and more, all en route to landing a GRAMMY nomination for Best Country Album. McBryde closed out 2019 with ACM New Female Artist, CMT Breakout Artist of the Year, a New Artist of the Year win at the 53rd Annual CMA Awards and two nominations for the 2020 GRAMMYs for Best Country Song and Best Country Solo Performance for “Girl Goin’ Nowhere.” Her follow-up Never Will, released in 2020 was tagged by Rolling Stone as one of the most anticipated of the year alongside NPR, who also ranked her lead Top 10 RIAA Platinum-Certified single “One Night Standards” as one of the best songs of 2019. Produced once again by Jay Joyce, Never Will reveals the witty, confessional, detail-driven songwriting addressing a wide spectrum of blue-collar Southern women’s experience introduced on Girl Going Nowhere is still here, but perhaps even sharper, earning McBryde a 2021 GRAMMY nomination for Best Country Album, making Never Will the only album nominated for Country Album of the Year by the ACMs, CMAs and the Recording Academy in the same award season. The music itself is stadium-ready rock-and-roll with a bluegrass wink or two and country music’s storytelling heart––and McBryde, no longer new, is the music’s ordained and highly capable standard bearer. McBryde’s This Town Talks Tour kicks off this summer with over 35 stops before wrapping on Jan. 15, 2022. After years of hot trotting across their native Texas, the country outfit is primed for a breakout with the release of their third full-length album, the sonically sprawling and wistfully written Welcome to Countryland. The Texas sextet--bandleader and chief lyricist Cleto Cordero, guitarist Reid Dillon, bassist Jonathan Saenz, drummer Jason Albers, fiddle player Wesley Hall, and recent newcomer utility instrumentalist Adam Gallegos--continue to embrace their trademark sound while further pushing into the wild unknown. When it was time to embark on recording a new album, resting on their laurels was simply out of the realm of possibilities. After the release of 2019's critically-acclaimed Homeland Insecurity and their 2016 full-length debut Humble Folks, they’ve been on a healthy trajectory rising through the country ranks. RUNAWAY JUNE Runaway June is sass, heartbreak and reinvention – an identity chiseled with steadfast grit through years of perseverance amid a male-dominated country genre. With female empowerment at the forefront of their song catalog, the trio is embracing their future and are invigorated by what’s to come. Comprised of Naomi Cooke, Jennifer Wayne and Natalie Stovall, Runaway June is a metaphor for every woman. A force to be reckoned with, the Billboard “Chartbreaker” notched their first Top 5 hit in 2019 with “Buy My Own Drinks,” the only female country group to chart that high since the Chicks in 2003. Amassing over 149 million on-demand streams, Runaway June has been nominated for ACM Awards and CMT Awards, named a “New Face” at Country Radio Seminar in 2020 and made numerous national TV appearances such as GMA, TODAY and CMA Country Christmas. And, with a live show as electrifying as it is captivating – the trio’s fiery bluegrass sound and high-energy, girl-power attitude is always front and center. There’s no wonder, they’ve been invited to perform at Stagecoach, C2C Country To Country, and on some of the biggest tours in country music, opening for superstars like Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Luke Bryan and Carrie Underwood. For more information, visit: www.RunawayJune.com. HAILEY WHITTERS Rising singer-songwriter Hailey Whitters scored her breakthrough moment in 2019, with the release of "Ten Year Town," the first single from her critically-acclaimed, self-funded debut album, THE DREAM – praised as "the year’s deepest country album" (The Washington Post). Now with 12+ years in Nashville, TN, under her belt, the Shueyville, IA-native is LIVING THE DREAM, with the release of her deluxe album earlier this year that features five new collaborations with Brent Cobb, Jordan Davis, Hillary Lindsey, Lori McKenna, Little Big Town, and Trisha Yearwood. The deluxe album’s breakthrough single “Fillin’ My Cup” (feat. Little Big Town) has been streamed more than 8 million times and was named a SiriusXM “Highway Find.” The official video for the song earned Whitters her first-ever CMT Music Award nomination for “Breakthrough Video of the Year.” This June, Opry Entertainment Group and the Grand Ole Opry named Whitters this year’s inaugural Opry NextStage artist. Since being dubbed "Nashville’s Newest Unsigned Star" (Rolling Stone) for her breakout hit, she’s toured with Brent Cobb, Jordan Davis, Maren Morris and Little Big Town, plus notched cuts as a songwriter by Alan Jackson, Martina McBride, and Little Big Town. This fall, Whitters will support Midland on “The Last Resort Tour.” Named an Artist to Watch 2020 on coveted lists by Paste Magazine, Pandora, and more, as well as being inducted into CMT’s Next Women of Country Class of 2020, Whitters signed her first record deal in partnership with her own label Pigasus Records and Big Loud Records / Songs & Daughters. Lauded by Pitchfork and BrooklynVegan, THE DREAM appeared on more than 15 year-end best of 2020 lists and landed at #1 on both Stereogum’s "10 Best Country Albums of 2020" and Garden & Gun’s "Best Southern Albums of 2020" list. TENILLE TOWNES Canadian-born and Nashville-based, Tenille Townes is a two-time ACM Award-winning singer, songwriter and musician in the midst of a breakthrough year following the release of her acclaimed debut album, The Lemonade Stand . Available now via Columbia Nashville in partnership with RCA Records, the album was produced by Jay Joyce (Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town) and consists of twelve songs all written by Townes. Since its release, Townes has been named New Female Artist of the Year at the 55th ACM Awards, won three awards at the 2020 Canadian Country Music Awards, making her an eight-time CCMA winner, and received her first JUNO Award for COUNTRY ALBUM OF THE YEAR at the 50th Annual JUNO Awards. She is also the first female in Mediabase Canada history to achieve two No. 1 singles with album tracks “Jersey On The Wall (I’m Just Asking)” and “Somebody’s Daughter.” Adding to an already notable career, Townes is a MusicRow 2020 Next Big Thing Artist, an iHeartCountry’s “On The Verge” artist and has raised over $2 million for charity through her annual Big Hearts For Big Kids fundraiser. CALLISTA CLARK Every song has a story and at just 17 years old Callista Clark has a lot to say. Like so many talented singer/songwriters that paved the way before her, the young songstress wields her creative gifts as both a defence and an instrument of peace as she puts her heart on display with her debut collection Real To Me, out now via Big Machine Records. Blending her love for authentic, timeless classics with the sounds of her Georgia roots, Clark “arrives with confidence and verve” (Billboard) on her debut collection. Gearing up for the release, she collaborated with many of Country music’s leading songwriters including Jonathan Singleton, Laura Veltz, Nicolle Galyon, and Emily Shackleton, among others. The proof that Clark can hold her own among Nashville’s most prominent is evident as she was recently named the next iHeartCountry On The Verge Artist and her debut single, “It’s ‘Cause I Am” continues to climb as Country radio’s most successful new artist debut of 2021. Clark performed “It’s ‘Cause I Am” for the first time on national television during a Live with Kelly & Ryan appearance last month. Her inspiring videos with which Scooter Braun (SB Projects) and Scott Borchetta (Big Machine Label Group) took notice, have amassed over 130 million views across all socials + YouTube.
