FESTIVAL PREVIEW: WHO TO SEE AT C2C COUNTRY TO COUNTRY 2024 - EMILIA QUINN

The prediction powers of #TEAMw21 have rarely been wrong when it comes to the career of Emilia Quinn. From our first glimpse of seeing this talent, third on the bill in a brief support slot at 229 The Venue, she has always risen to the occasion.

Sat next to her at Buckle & Boots on a year she was not even playing, we confidently predicted she would headline the Paddock stage and 12 months later she swept all aside with a blistering set. From there we predicted she would move to the Main Stage and another fabulous set followed twelve months later..

2023 would see a debut album following on from a host of EP's and singles as well as a successful UK tour.

C2C represents a chance to reach an audience who will not necessarily be familiar with her catalogue therefore half of the fun of going to see her is going to be the reaction of those seeing W21music's very own pocket powerhouse for the first time.

Emilia's biggest problem will be choosing which songs from what is now an extensive catalogue she will play.. One would imagine that should "Nothing To Lose" be on the set list on the Icon stage - you'll be able to hear her scream "In my veins" from the Big Entrance Stage outside the O2!! such is the ferocity she can bring. Equally if a keyboard can be set up in time, a tender tune like "Backroads" will display a songwriting talent that will rarely be matched across any of the stages over the whole weekend.

it is the unpredictability of Emilia that makes her so interesting - which is another compelling reason why you should try to catch one of her sets at this years C2C.

Emilia Quinn will play

The ICON Stage Saturday at 14:00

The Barrel House Sunday 15:50
